The equipment is designed to test rubber samples against resistance to ageing wherein they are aged in air/oxygen pressure and an elevated temperature for specified duration and then allowed to condition at room temperature.
Equipment comprises stainless steel chamber constructed of 6 mm thick sheet and leak-proof gasket, designed to retain an internal atmosphere of air/oxygen under pressure & temperature with provision for placing rubber test pieces. It is equipped with touch screen interface for digitally setting test temperature and pressure in kg/cm2 or MPa as per specification requirement.
